One or more designers from our team. We will let you know a few weeks ahead of time who will be coming!

What is your backup plan if something should happen and you are not available to do my wedding design and set up?
This is the most amazing thing about having a team…built in backup and safety net. We also have amazing working relationships with other florists in the area and would ask for their help if something very drastic happened and we needed it.

Can I invite others to the Zoom consultation with me?
Sure! Just forward them the link and let me know who will be coming.

Can we do an in person consultation?
I do not do in person consultations. There are several reasons for this, the biggest being that most clients I work with live an hour or more from me. To make sure I am keeping costs down and using everyone’s time in a respectful manner, I have chosen to not do in person consultations. Don’t worry, I will walk you through everything and we will look at tons of photos so you will know exactly what you are getting and what the options are.

Can I make quantity and design adjustments closer to the wedding?
Yes, we will meet 10-12 weeks before your wedding date. At that time we can make design, quantity and size adjustments to anything.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel my wedding?
I have had this happen with a few clients and it is heartbreaking. We have postponement and canceling policies spelled out in our contract that you will receive with your proposal.

How can I access my proposal and inspiration photos through HoneyBook?
You will receive an email from HoneyBook with a link to your project portal. Find that email and click on the link to access your proposal and inspiration photos (both are located in the “Files” section of your portal).

After our initial consultation, when is the next time we will meet?
After our initial consultation, I do not need to meet with you again until 10-12 weeks before your wedding for our final consultation. Even if you have significant changes you want to make to the overall design/aesthetic/item quantities, we can make all those changes at our final consultation. You are welcome to send questions or additional information and we will respond.

What rental items do you have available?
We can definitely chat about our rental items that we have available during our initial consultation. We do not have a huge amount of rentals but we do have some!

Are you available for my wedding?
Please complete the inquiry form and we will respond within 24 hours of your inquiry and let you know we are not available if that is the case. If you don’t see an email from us saying we are not available, then we are available and look forward to our initial consultation with you.
